A warm welcome awaits you
Our stay at Gentian House was delightful. Mary, the host, ensured every detail was attended to, from the scrumptious breakfast featuring local sausages to the cozy and well-equipped room. Waking up to the aroma of breakfast being prepared was the perfect start to our day, and the added touches of complimentary snacks and toiletries made us feel truly special.
While our experience was fantastic overall, one minor hiccup was the limited parking spaces available. If the house were more full, securing a spot could be tricky.

The breakfasts at Gentian House were a culinary delight! Mary served up full English breakfasts with local sausages and bacon that tickled the taste buds. The fresh fruit salad was a refreshing way to start the day, and the cozy vibe of the living room made it a perfect spot to unwind after our adventures.
Parking can be a tad tricky. we started off on the main road but managed to snuggle our car into a designated spot just outside the property later on. A small hiccup that didn't dim the shine of our stay!

Clean, well-equipped room with a cozy ambience. The breakfast was top-notch, featuring local ingredients that really hit the mark.
Parking could be a bit problematic, especially if the place gets busy—you might find yourself on a main road before you get a designated spot. The bed felt a tad hard, which might not suit everyone, and the room was on the smaller side for a couple of guests, but still functional for one night.
